WinTek USA Referral Rewards Giveaway Rules

1. Eligibility

• The Referral Rewards Giveaway is sponsored by WinTek USA LLC and is open only to existing customers who have previously purchased from WinTek USA.
• This giveaway is available only to Arkansas, Tennessee, Louisiana, Texas, Mississippi, and Alabama residents in the areas we currently serve.
• No additional purchase is necessary to participate.

2. Entry Period

• The giveaway will run quarterly, starting in July 2024.

3. How to Enter

• To enter, customers must refer new customers to WinTek USA.
• Referrals that result in a sale within the contest period will count towards the referrer’s total.
• In the event of a tie, the winner will be determined based on the total number of demos conducted from their referrals.

4. Prizes

• Winners will be chosen each quarter based on the number of referrals that result in a sale.
• Winners will be notified by phone, and prizes will be confirmed. An automated notification will also be sent via email and text using the contact information on file.
• Prizes will be sent 4-6 weeks after the winner confirmation call and prize selection.
• Prizes are not transferable and must be claimed within 30 days of notification. Failure to claim the prize within this period will result in forfeiture.

5. Winner Notification

• Winners will be contacted within seven days after the contest ends. We will attempt to contact winners for two weeks.
• An automated text message will also be sent, providing contact information to claim the prize.
• Winners will be announced on WinTek USA’s social media platforms.

6. General Conditions

• This giveaway is subject to federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
• WinTek USA LLC reserves the right to modify or cancel the giveaway anytime.
• Participation in the giveaway constitutes the winner’s consent to WinTek USA’s use of their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes in any media without further payment or consideration.

7. Limitation of Liability

• WinTek USA LLC is not responsible for any technical failures or other malfunctions that may impede the ability to participate in the giveaway.

8. Privacy

• Personal information collected from participants will be used solely by WinTek USA LLC and will not be sold or shared with third parties.

9. Agreement to Rules

• By participating, you agree to be fully unconditionally bound by these rules and represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements.

Introduction

WinTek USA, LLC (“WinTek USA”) operates two distinct referral programs designed to reward our homeowner clients and their acquaintances. These terms and conditions outline the rules governing both programs.

Program 1: Non-Customer Referrals

Eligibility and Restrictions

1. Eligible Referrer: Any individual can refer a homeowner for this program. Employees of WinTek USA, their immediate families, and those living in the same household are not eligible to participate.
2. Eligible Referral: To qualify, the referral must:
   • Be a new customer not already in WinTek USA’s records.
   • Be a homeowner residing in their primary residence.
   • Have windows over 10 years old or under an active window warranty.
   • Agree to an in-home demonstration of WinTek USA windows or roofing products.
   • Pass a prequalification process using consumer demographic information to assess their ability to purchase.
   • Own a site-built home within WinTek USA’s service area.
   • Not have had a demonstration from WinTek USA in the past one year.
   • Not have been submitted by another provider or source in the past 90 days.
   • Not have been disqualified by WinTek USA in the past six months.
   • Have all homeowners listed on the property deed and all decision-makers present during the demonstration.
   • Complete the demonstration, which typically lasts about ninety minutes.
   • Have a home containing three or more windows.
   • For Louisiana customers, meet a specified household income threshold.
   • Consent to being contacted by WinTek USA in compliance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA).

Incentive Description

When your referral completes an in-home demonstration of WinTek USA windows or roofing products, you will receive a $100 reward check within 4-6 weeks, subject to technical and logistical issues. Each referral is eligible for one reward only. WinTek USA reserves the right to offer a comparable incentive if necessary.

Program 2: Customer Referrals

2. Eligible Referral: To qualify, the referral must:
   • Be a new customer not already in WinTek USA’s records.
   • Be a homeowner residing in their primary residence.

General Terms and Conditions

1. Referral Verification: We will verify the prospect’s details and prequalify their ability to purchase before scheduling a window or roofing demonstration. We will contact the prospect to confirm their information and ensure they meet our criteria.
2. Program Changes: WinTek USA reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the referral programs without prior notice.
3. Privacy: Personal information collected as part of the referral program will be used by WinTek USA’s Privacy Policy, available on our website.
4. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising out of or connected with these referral programs shall be resolved individually, exclusively by final and binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, held at the AAA regional office nearest the customer. The Federal Arbitration Act governs the interpretation and enforcement of these terms.
5. Miscellaneous: These programs are governed by the laws of Arkansas, USA. Any issues will be resolved individually in the courts of Arkansas. WinTek USA’s liability is limited to $100. You agree to these terms by participating and waiving the right to seek additional damages.
